Set your availability to let others find you as a substitute , new team member , or for other opportunities. Navigate to settings → availability .

DUPR is a popular pickleball rating system. Some events may require DUPR levels. Linking it lets you verify your level and show it off !

1. Go to your profile
2. Click "Add a New Widget"
3. Login to DUPR and connect your account

Whether it’s a game, meetup, hobby night, or even a family reunion— Gametime Hero helps you plan it all .

1. Login to Gametime Hero
2. Click Create → Plan Your Event
3. Fill out the form:

• Short link: Optional, like gth.events/mygame
• Title/Description: Required — describe the event clearly.
• Date/Time
• Recurring? Weekly, biweekly, etc.
• Online/In-person
• Skill Level
• Tickets: Think of these as slots or spaces.

• Attach a Form
• Allow unregistered participants
• Allow guests
• Maybe RSVPs
• Enable waitlist
• Require creator approval
• Enable donations

Use invoices for team dues, league fees, tournament registration , and more. You’ll need a Stripe account to send/receive money.

Stripe is a secure, industry-standard payment processor. We never store your payment info directly.

A community is like your team, club, or group. Manage rosters, schedule events, chat, and collect fees all in one place.

To create a community:

• Login
• Click Create → Start a New Community
• Fill out required fields
• Invite team members

Forms help you collect info for events, waivers, or surveys. It’s in beta , so it’s best on desktop (mobile is improving!).
