Why do I have to log in or enter my email every time?
If you are using Private or Incognito Mode, your browser will not remember your login. Exit Private Mode to stay logged in.
Do you have a mobile app?
Not yet! But one is in the works. The web version works great in the meantime.
How can I update my display name or profile info?
Go to Settings > General to update your name, play area, and more.
How do I update my availability?
Visit Settings > Availability. You can mark yourself as available to sub, join teams, or attend events.
What is DUPR and why should I add it?
DUPR is a global pickleball rating system. Adding it to your profile helps verify your level for events with restrictions. Add it via Profile > Add Widget > Connect DUPR.
How do I create an event?
Click Create > Plan Your Event. Fill out the form with title, date, location, skill level, and participant options.
Can I collect payments for events or teams?
Yes! Use our invoicing tool or attach prices to event tickets. You’ll need a Stripe account connected.
How do I delete my account?
Settings > Privacy > Delete Account. This permanently removes your data.
How do I submit feedback or report a bug?
Click your avatar > Submit Feedback. We crave feedback. Want to tell us in person? Schedule a chat with us!
How can I reduce the number of emails I receive?
Go to Settings > Notification Settings to adjust what alerts you get.
What’s the difference between a community and an event?
Communities are ongoing hubs for recurring events, teams, or clubs. Events are one-off or scheduled activities.
Can I allow guests to RSVP without accounts?
Yes. When creating your event, turn on “Allow Guests” or “Unregistered Participants.”
What is a Waitlist and how does it work?
If your event is full, users can join the waitlist. You can manually promote them to active participants.
How do I create a form or waiver?
Click Create > Waiver/Form. Our beta form builder is best used on desktop. Mobile support is improving!
Is Gametime Hero free?
Yes! We’re 100% free to start. You only pay processing fees if collecting payments via Stripe.
Can I organize events for non-sports activities?
Absolutely! D&D, book clubs, music jams — if it brings people together, we support it.
Can I get help setting up my community?
Yes. Just reach out via Calendly or our in-app chat. We’d love to help you grow.
What upcoming features are planned?
We’re building tournament support, league tools, team rosters, and collectible player cards.
Can I get support from other organizers?
Yes. Our Discord and in-app chat lets you connect with organizers from across the country.
Can I promote my event or community?
Yes — share your short link (gth.events/alias), or reach out to us about spotlight opportunities.
