Do my players need an account or an app?
There is no app to install: everything runs in the browser on a phone or a computer. When you turn on guests for an event, people can RSVP without an account.
Can I add a co-captain or a coach?
Yes. Add co-organizers to share the work, and individual events can have co-hosts too. Custom roles with their own permissions are part of Organizer Pro.
Does it work if my team is not a sports team?
Yes. Run clubs, fitness classes, hiking groups, book clubs and gaming nights use it the same way. If people gather for it, it fits.
How do I move my existing group over?
There is no one-click import yet, but moving over is quick: recreate your community, bulk-invite your members by email or share a join link, and post your events. We help groups make the switch all the time.
