Yes. Stripe asks for a card to start your 14-day free trial, but you won't be charged until it ends — cancel any time before then. The trial is for new subscribers, one per account.
You can cancel any time. Open Settings, then Subscriptions & Payouts, and choose Manage Subscription: that opens Stripe's billing portal, where you cancel. No penalties. We'll even help you export all your data first.
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or change anytime. We prorate automatically.

Credits pay for the extras you create and send yourself: emails and texts you write, and AI tools that draft your website, write event descriptions or make images. Every plan includes credits each month (525 on Free, 7,000 on Pro, 50,000 on Enterprise), and they refresh on the 1st. A website draft is 100 credits and an event description is 10 credits. What Gametime Hero sends on its own, like receipts and reminders, never uses credits. If you run out, those tools pause until your credits refresh: you are never charged. Running low? Upgrade, or add 5,000 credits for $15: they last 12 months and are used after your monthly credits. No auto-recharge, ever.
You can invite members to your events directly: 2 a month on Free, 10 a month on Organizer Pro, and 40 a month on Organizer Enterprise. Each person invited to an event counts as one invite, and your count resets on the 1st. Sharing your event link is always unlimited.
Yes — every paid plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it's not the right fit, we'll refund you, no questions asked.
100%. Payments are secured by Stripe, and your data is always yours to export.
We love supporting real community builders. You may qualify if you're a:
Easiest site builder I've ever used — and it's not even close.
They genuinely show they care — the best customer service we’ve ever had.
We're AR & Brittany — lifelong players and organizers. We got tired of duct-taping five tools together just to run one community, so we built the platform we always wanted.
Some weeks we lost 8+ hours to admin — payment-chasing, spreadsheets, and copying rosters between apps. This is the tool we wished we'd had.
Events, tickets, rosters, forms, leagues — all in one place, and modular, so you turn on only what you need.
The same problems show up across every sport, hobby, and passion — from a weekly pickup group to a full league.
Not a promise to get you in the door. Real, responsive help, from people who actually run communities too.
We've run grassroots teams, leagues, and pickup games from every side of the sideline.
The pain was always the same: a spreadsheet for the roster, one app for RSVPs, another for payments, and group chats for the rest. Some weeks we lost 8+ hours just to admin.
So we built Gametime Hero — one simple, modular platform to run it all.
And we made customer support our #1 priority. Not a line to get you in the door — real help, from people who run communities too.

Bring people to Gametime Hero and get credit on your bill — or give Organizer Pro to someone else who runs a community.
Built by organizers, and we're just getting started — be one of the first to run your community on Gametime Hero.
