Our Story

Gametime Hero was created by two passionate founders — one a former Googler and sports-obsessed CTO , the other a visionary CEO with 15+ years of leadership experience and a lifelong athlete. Both are certified pickleball coaches who believe in the power of sports and hobbies to bring people together.

It all started with a simple problem: finding reliable subs . Not just any players — but the right skill level, right position, right time , and often the right gender. It was chaos. No one had a good system for it. So we thought: What if we built one?

We started surveying organizers and players. What we found was staggering — every community was struggling with the same messy process: organizing events, finding players, managing payments, and staying connected.

So we rolled up our sleeves and started building . And the first version? Yeah, it was trash. But it was something. People used it. They gave us feedback. We listened. And we improved.

We iterated fast . We launched features. Broke a few things. Fixed them. Then broke some more. But each version got better. Six months later, we had over 3,000 users . Now? We’re aiming for 50,000 by the end of the year .

Our vision is bold but simple: become the #1 platform for adults (and kids soon!) to find like-minded people and organize any sport, hobby, or niche activity . From soccer to D&D to underwater basket weaving — if you do it for fun, we’ll help you organize it.
