Credits on Gametime Hero, community management software for clubs, leagues, teams and social groups
For organizers of clubs, leagues, teams and social groups. Reminders, confirmations, receipts and everything else Gametime Hero sends by itself are free and never use a credit. A credit is the unit we count the rest in: the email and texts you write and send, and AI. Every account gets a fresh allowance each month, starting at 525 credits on the Free plan.
Free to start. 525 credits every month, no payment card needed.
515 of 525 credits left
You run a group in your spare time. You should be able to see what you have left without adding anything up.
One tool counts requests a day and another counts runs a month, so nobody knows what is left.
An AI request, a text and an email do not cost the same to send. Without a price list you find out afterwards.
A tool that stops should say why it stopped and when it will work again.
Your plan sets your allowance: 525 on Free, 7,000 on Pro and 50,000 on Enterprise. There is nothing to switch on.
An email or a text you write and send, and anything you ask AI to make, takes its price from your balance. Reminders, confirmations and receipts never do. If something fails on our side, the credits are returned.
On the first of each month (at 00:00 UTC) your balance goes back to your full allowance. Credits you did not use do not carry over.
Four prices, in credits, for what you send yourself and what you ask AI to make. Everything Gametime Hero sends by itself is free.
Your allowance follows the plan you hold yourself. A send from a community comes out of the community owner's credits, and a send for an event out of the event organizer's, whoever presses send. AI comes out of the credits of the person who asks.
Automatic email and push are free and unlimited on every plan: what Gametime Hero sends by itself never uses a credit. Credits are only for what you write and send yourself, and for AI. A text is priced by the segment: a long text, or one with an emoji, is more than one segment. The Site Audit screen shows what an audit costs before you start one.
The thing you asked for is refused, and you are told what it needed and what you have left. Nothing is sent in part. Reminders, confirmations, receipts and everything else that is free carry on, and so do your events, sign-ups and payments. A post that would have been texted to your group still reaches people by email and push. Your balance returns to your full allowance at the start of the next month.
Each of these is part of the same Gametime Hero account, so nothing has to be copied from one tool to the next.
These organizers are talking about Gametime Hero as a whole, which they run their communities on.
“When my events stopped working on Wix, Gametime Hero had me up and running in less than 48 hours.”
ChicagoSwitched from WixSwitched in less than 48 hours
Read the case study“We used to spend more time managing tools than managing our community. Now we spend that time on what actually matters: getting women outside and building something they want to come back to.”
“I'm a bar owner, not a software person, and I shouldn't have to be. What's changed with Gametime Hero in such a short time is worth celebrating. They even added our Watch Me! theme song to our site. Now I spend my time on what we're building: a room where women's sports fans feel like they belong.”
“I believe our integration of Gametime Hero will make it significantly easier and less time-consuming for our logistics volunteers, while providing a far better experience for our players. After all… WE JUST WANT TO PLAY!”
A credit is the unit Gametime Hero uses to count what costs us to run: the email and texts you write and send, and AI. Each account has one balance. Each of those takes its price from the balance, and the balance returns to your full monthly allowance on the first of every month.
Everything Gametime Hero sends by itself: reminders, confirmations, receipts and invoices, sign-in codes, change and cancellation notices, notifications of what other people did, and every push notification. None of it uses a credit and none of it stops when your credits run out. Text reminders are a feature of Organizer Pro; they do not use credits either.
It depends on your plan: 525 credits a month on the Free plan, 7,000 on Pro and 50,000 on Enterprise. The allowance is given automatically at the start of each month. You do not need to claim it, and there is nothing to set up.
Email and texts you write and send, and AI. An email is 1 credit for each person. A text, on Organizer Pro and Enterprise, is 50 credits a segment for each person. An AI writing request is 10 credits, an image 125 credits and a whole website 100 credits. The App Builder and Site Audit show their own price.
Most AI tools have a daily limit that depends on your plan, counted over any 24 hours. For example, AI images: 2 a day on Free, 10 on Organizer Pro and 20 on Enterprise. Whole websites: 1, 10 and 30. The AI App Builder is on every plan: 5 prompts a day on Free, and no daily limit on Organizer Pro and Enterprise, where it is limited only by your credits.
The AI App Builder is priced by tokens, the unit AI models count text in: what we send the model (your request, and the app so far when you ask for a change) and what it writes back. Each 1,000 tokens written costs 20.35 credits and each 1,000 tokens read costs 2.44, rounded up to a whole credit. A typical app comes to about 50 credits; a larger one costs more and a small change costs less. You need 101 credits left to start a build, and you are charged only for what it used. A build that fails costs nothing, and the first fix after a build is free.
No. On the first of each month, at 00:00 UTC, your balance is set back to your full monthly allowance. Credits left over from the month before are not added to it, and what you spent the month before is not held against you.
The credits are returned to your balance. The AI App Builder gives its credits back when a request does not produce an app, and a Site Audit that fails for a reason on our side is refunded. An audit stopped by the site itself, such as one that blocks our reader, is not.
Sign in and open Settings, then Subscriptions & Payouts, then Credits. The screen shows what you have left, your monthly allowance, what you have spent this month, the plan you are on, and the date your allowance resets.

Built by community people, for community people
We’ve seen the problem from both sides — as participants looking for places to belong, and as organizers doing the work to bring people together.
